Paid credits are one-time digital credit packs. This policy explains when refunds can be requested and how we handle billing issues.

Digital credit packs
Images Upscale sells one-time digital credit packs. Credits are delivered to your account after checkout and are used for image upscaling and image tools.
Because credits are digital goods, consumed credits are generally not refundable once used for a completed or attempted processing task.
When refunds may be available
You may request a refund if you were charged by mistake, purchased the wrong pack and have not used the credits, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not receive credits because of a platform error.
Refund requests for unused or materially failed credit purchases are reviewed case by case. If a refund is approved, the related credits may be removed from your account.
How to request a refund
Email omelette1205@gmail.com with the account email used at checkout, the order or receipt id if available, the purchase date, and a short explanation of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Payment processing times after approval depend on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks and abuse
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can investigate. Fraudulent purchases, credit abuse, or repeated chargeback abuse may lead to account limits or termination.
