Terms of Service

These terms apply to images-upscale.com and everything on it ("Images Upscale", "we", "us"). By using the service or buying credits you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Content Policy. Questions about these terms go to support@images-upscale.com.

Images Upscale provides AI image upscaling and related image tools in the browser. You may use it only if you can form a binding agreement and follow the laws that apply to you. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to make purchases in your country to buy credits.

You can use Images Upscale as a guest or sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person should use one account; accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

We may change, pause or limit features when needed for reliability, safety or product quality.

Every visitor gets 2 free credits a day, as a guest or signed in. Free credits reset at 00:00 UTC and do not carry over. They are always used before purchased credits.

Purchased credits come in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Purchased credits do not expire while the service operates and work with every mode and image tool.

A 2x upscale uses 1 credit and a 4x upscale uses 2 credits; each image tool shows its cost before you run it. Credits are taken when a job is accepted. If a job fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically.

Credit packs include bonus credits on top of their base amount, shown on the pack before you buy (currently 10%, 20% or 30%). A first purchase made within 48 hours of creating an account adds another 30% of the pack's base credits; the deadline shown in your account is final, and the offer applies once per account.

The gift center gives small amounts of credits for things like signing up, daily check-ins, sharing, sending feedback and inviting friends. Daily check-in credits count for that day only. Invite credits are given when a new person creates an account through your link, up to the limit shown.

Bonus and gift credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they are not refundable. Promotions are for one person using one account: creating extra accounts, inviting yourself, or automating claims is abuse, and we may remove credits obtained that way or restrict the account.

We may change or end a promotion at any time. Credits already added to your account stay there unless they were obtained through abuse.

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the results made from them. You must own the images or have permission to process them.

You give us the limited permission needed to process, store, show and deliver your uploads and results through the service. We do not use your images or results to train AI models.

Results are generated by AI models and can contain mistakes or invented detail, especially when restoring blurry or damaged images. Check results before relying on them, and do not present AI-restored images as unaltered evidence.

Do not upload illegal content, malware, private data you are not allowed to process, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, explicit adult content, hateful or violent extremist content, or content that violates the rights of others. Our Content Policy has the details.

Images Upscale is not a deepfake, face-swap, identity manipulation or impersonation service. Do not use it to mislead people, bypass consent or create deceptive identity-based media.

Do not try to get around rate limits or free-credit limits, scrape the service, reverse engineer private APIs or overload the platform.

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before checkout together with the credits you will receive. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, named on the checkout page, which may act as the merchant of record and handles sales tax or VAT, receipts and invoices. We never see or store your full card number.

Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. If they do not arrive within a few minutes, contact support@images-upscale.com with your order ID.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: a pack whose credits you have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, billing errors are always refunded, and failed jobs get their credits back automatically. A refund removes the credits from that purchase, including its bonus credits.

You can stop using Images Upscale at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example for prohibited content, fraud, chargeback abuse or promotion abuse. If we close an account without such a reason, we will refund its unused purchased credits.

Output quality varies with the image, its size and model availability. We do not promise perfect results, uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular professional use.

To the extent the law allows, Images Upscale is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce material changes on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
